Associate Director for Equal Opportunity Programs
Mitchell reports to the Associate Provost for Equal Opportunity Programs and assists with the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives across the offices within Equal Opportunity Programs.
In this role, Mitchell supports the Director of the Office for Affirmative Action in coordinating the responsibilities of implementing the University’s Affirmative Action Program. He is also actively involved in the outreach and engagement efforts of the Office for Military-Affiliated Communities.
Mitchell brings project and operations management experience from prior roles at Hewitt Associates, NorthShore University HealthSystem, and Northwestern Medicine. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Wittenberg University.
