Mitchell Kittlaus

Associate Director for Equal Opportunity Programs

Mitchell reports to the Executive Director of Equal Opportunity and Access, and assists with the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives.

In this role, Mitchell supports the Executive Director and is actively involved in programs and initiatives of the Office for Military-Affiliated Communities.  He also supports the Associate Provost for Equal Opportunity Program with budget management.

Mitchell brings project and operations management experience from prior roles at Hewitt Associates (Aon), the Endeavor Health health system, and Northwestern Medicine.  He received his B.A. in Political Science from Wittenberg University.
