Tiffany Little
Director, Office for Alternative Resolution
Tiffany brings to the University of Chicago a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding adjudication of Equal Opportunity and Title IX matters. Prior to joining the University of Chicago, Tiffany served as the Associate Director and Deputy Title IX Coordinator for California Polytechnic State University. In this role, Tiffany assisted the Director in ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations, as well as compliance with University policies. She conducted investigations for student, faculty, and staff matters involving discrimination, harassment, and Title IX. She served as a Hearing Coordinator for student Title IX matters, where she was responsible for coordinating all aspects of hearings. Tiffany also mediated and facilitated resolution agreements for individuals looking to resolve complaints informally.
In addition, Tiffany previously served as the Title IX Coordinator and Legal & Compliance Analyst for the American Musical and Dramatic Academy where she oversaw the Title IX compliance, investigations, and training of the college and investigators. Prior to law school, Tiffany also spent two years with Teach for America, teaching middle school Language Arts and Social Studies in St. Louis. Tiffany received her B.A. in Communications and Psychology and her J.D. from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
