Leadership Search: Director of the Office for Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Support
Equal Opportunity Programs is conducting a search for the position of Director of the Office for Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Support/Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Students. Reporting directly to the Associate Provost for Equal Opportunity Programs and Title IX Coordinator for the University, this full-time administrative leadership position is situated in the Office of the Provost. In this highly visible role at the University of Chicago, the Director is expected to build collaborative and effective relationships with all campus constituents, including students, faculty, and staff. This position has primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day functions associated with the University’s federal and state sexual misconduct compliance obligations for students, student support services related to sexual misconduct, and prevention initiatives. The Director serves on the Equal Opportunity Programs leadership team, manages two staff members, and works closely with the other Equal Opportunity Program Directors for the Offices for Access and Equity and Affirmative Action.
